Felix joined 601 Dina House upon successful completion of his pupillage with Mr. Kamlesh A. Sadhwani, Mr. Isaac C.K. Chan, Mr. Wong Hay-yiu and Mr. K.M. Chong.

Benefited from the diverse areas of law that he was exposed to during pupillage, Felix is capable of accepting a wide spectrum of chambers work, with a particular interest in personal injury cases, medical negligence, lands and probate and disputes involving New Territories land. He was instructed regularly to appear both on his own and as led junior on various levels of Court, including the District Court, the Court of First Instance, and the Court of Appeal.

On the civil side, Felix is regularly led as a junior of members to handle personal injury work and medical negligence claims. He was also blessed with the opportunity to assist in multiple high-profile civil appeals relating to New Territories land disputes. He was also given the valuable opportunity to assist Mr. Malcolm Merry in indexing his book “The Unruly New Territories”. On the criminal side, he was led in drug trafficking trials at the High Court.

Felix accepts all areas of chambers’ work. He is able to provide advice and conduct proceedings in both Chinese and English.
