Brian joined Chambers after completing his pupillage with Mr Kumar Ramanathan SC, Mr Ashok Sakhrani, Mr Eugene Yim, Mr Randy Shek, and Mr Earl Deng. He accepts instructions in English and Chinese and in all areas of Chambers’ work. He has a particular interest in medico-legal practice and has experience handling clinical negligence claims and disciplinary hearings before the Medical Council of Hong Kong. He also has experience handling civil and commercial disputes, matrimonial matters, judicial reviews, and criminal matters.

Brian obtained his JD and PCLL from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He also holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MSc in Philosophy and Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
